OMG!!! Someone help, I'm about to murder my camera!!!!!!!!!!!? - 12mp point and shoot cameras with raw

I bought and bought trying to find a good point and to carry camera everywhere with me when I need it. I and many who have already bought 3! Who were all back at the first - a Casio, which has always colored blur and broken every chance I could. the second - a Fuji, shooting very bad noise, digital, it does not enable the ISO setting. the third - HD 12MP Kodak camera, I thought that their money, loud, slow to operate like shit, too troublesome.

Someone please help me find a camera. Anyone who can work with ease, but have enhanced features, so you can see the ISO setting and other settings. A flash that is adjustable, it is not out in full force in every shot and makes you look like a ghost. Fast shutter speed. $ 150 - $ 200 Please tell me from experience. I will not require another device on the basis of specifications.
